This itinerary includes both the Seronera area (central Serengeti National Park) and the Western corridor (western Serengeti National Park), combined with a visit to the famous Ngorongoro Crater.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Serengeti
On arrival in Tanzania at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met and greeted with your dedicated driver/guide who will welcome you to Tanzania and transfer you to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving in time for check-in to your lodge, a short game drive later, dinner, and overnight at the lodge of your choice.
Day 2: Game Drive in Serengeti (Central and Western Corridor)
After breakfast, you will start your game drive in the Seronera Area as you head towards the western reaches of the Serengeti National Park, also known as the Western Corridor. On arrival in the Western Serengeti Area, you will continue with a game drive and later retire to the lodge of your choice for check-in, dinner, and overnight
The wildebeest migration can normally be found in the Western Corridor area in Late April – May – June or early July, depending on rainfall patterns.
Day 3: Full Day Game-Drive (Western and Central Serengeti)
Today, after breakfast, you will head out for another full day game drive in the Western Corridor, with the key feature being the migration river crossing across the Grumeti and Mbalageti rivers, which run almost parallel to each other, with each supporting a band of evergreen forest. You will finish your game drive from Central Serengeti, from where you will check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Transfer to Arusha
After breakfast, you will transfer back to Arusha and later to Kilimanjaro International Airport, marking the end of your Serengeti Safari Tour.
