Our 2 Days Uganda Queen Elizabeth Safari is a short safari tour package but very enjoyable as it stands as the second largest and oldest game park to Murchison Falls National Park. Queen Elizabeth National Park is rich in wildlife and bird species with over 95 mammals and around 600 bird species, which can be spotted during your safari. This park offers an excellent game drive where you expect to watch wide range of animals like the unique tree-climbing lions, kobs, buffaloes, elephants, leopards, and waterbucks among others.
During your visit, you can engage also in a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel that connects Lake Edward and Lake George. You will be able to spot herds of elephants bathing along water banks, kob, buffaloes, crocodiles, school of hippos as well as various species of birds can be spotted such as cattle egrets, Kingfishers, Goliath herons, Pelicans, Bare-faced away birds, Grey – Crown bird, Black-headed gonolek, African Jacana among others.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth: You will be met by our safari driver–a guide at your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe, brief you about the trip. Then, transfer to the southwestern Uganda region, a journey which is estimated 5 to 6 hours’ drive to access the main safari destination ‘’Queen Elizabeth National Park. As you drive there, you will have a stop at the Uganda Equator where you will experience temperature at zero degrees Celsius, and enjoy an unforgettable photo shoot among others. You will continue to another stop at Mbarara town for lunch en route. After lunch, proceed to drive directly to the park. Arrive in the late afternoon at Kazinga Channel for your boat cruise.
After breakfast at your hotel in Kampala, our professional driver guide will pick you up to set off to the southwestern region of Uganda with a stopover at the Uganda Equator to have an experiment of temperature at zero degrees Celsius, take photos as many as you wish for your remembrance. Proceed the journey with another stopover at Mbarara town for lunch en route. After lunch continue to drive straight to the park. Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park in late afternoon and check in at the lodge. You will be able to enjoy viewing water birds and animals like hippos, elephants, buffaloes and crocodiles among others. Day 2: Morning game drive & Back to Kampala
Morning game drive: Wake up early with your packed breakfast, and drive in the Ishasha sector where you will be able to spot the tree climbing lions, leopards hyenas during this morning hours, and other animals to see including Uganda kobs, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, warthogs, Jackson hartebeests among other.
After, you will drive out of the park and drive back to Kampala with a stop at the Drum makers’ villages to encounter traditional material for your future remembrance.
