Day 4: Transfer to Entebbe International Airport or Kigali International Airport
Depending on your flight schedule, today, after breakfast, you will transfer to either Entebbe International Airport or Kigali International Airport for your outbound flight.
We recommend flying out via Kigali International Airport because it’s near the gorillas, which gives you enough time to transfer without panicking. (Kigali International Airport is a 4-hour drive away from the Gorillas. Note that when you take this option, you will need to pay extra fees at the border for a transit visa, depending on your nationality.
On the other hand, if your flight time is late in the evening or at night, you may depart from Entebbe International Airport since you have a whole day to drive from the gorillas to the Airport, hence no panicking (Entebbe International Airport is a 10-hour drive from the Gorillas)
