Detailed Itinerary of 5 Days Serengeti Migration and Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Day 1: Pick up, Ngorongoro Crater Drive
Drive Time: Approx. 4 hours
Your local Tanzania safari guide will meet you at your hotel of stay in Arusha, and you will start your safari to the Ngorongoro conservation area with your packed lunch in hand. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is an amazing Tanzania wildlife safari inhabiting all the big 5 animals and well over 25,000 animals on the Ngorongoro Crater floor.
Once in Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater where you will search for wildlife species like lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, hyenas, jackals, hippos, zebras, herds of wildebeests, among so many others; punctuated with a picnic lunch stop.
You will also see attractions such as Lake Magadi, where you will see a variety of birds, such as flamingos, as well as other wildlife species grazing in the nearby plains. You will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Drive to Serengeti National Park, Ol Duvai Gorge Visit, Game Drive
After breakfast, your guide will drive you to the Serengeti National Park. En route, make a stop at the Ol Duvai Gorge for a chance to learn about the history of mankind. Proceed to the Serengeti where you will have lunch in the national park and later you will engage in an afternoon game drive around Serengeti National Park.
You will search for different wildlife species during your game drive, such as the big 5 and many others, during your safari.

Day 5: Departure
