Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up from Arusha and Transfer to Tarangire National Park
Well Arusha stands as the safari capital of the country and a bustling tourism driven city. You will be picked by our safari driver guide at your hotel in Arusha or at Arusha Airport. Then, you will transfer to Tarangire National Park with en route game drive, where you will enjoy seeing many wild animals around Tarangire river quenching for thirsty in the afternoon and beautiful atmosphere. Enjoy packed lunch and then after, go for another game drive. Later, in the afternoon, you will make your way to your booked camp. On arrival, you will have time to refresh before finishing the day with dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Africa Safari Lake Natron for your Overnight
This day is quite amazing as it brings you a road trip through northern Tanzania with the destination Lake Natron. You will depart from Tarangire after an aroma tea served with delicious snacks. The drive can take up to 4 hours and the road is rewarding with beautiful landscapes, Great Rift Valley and drive further towards Lake Natron. As you pass through, you will notice the lush green vegetation slowly exchanging for dry, arid and dusty landscapes.
The occasional Maasai Village passed en-route become dots in the distant scenery. You can a stop at OI Doinyo Lengai which means ‘’Mountain of God’’ in Maasai dialect. The volcano is one of the few that are still active. On your arrival at Lake Natron, you might have a chance to catch its smoke disappearing in the sky. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Flamingo Lake Walk and Depart Back to Arusha Area
Enjoy your delicious breakfast, thereafter, wear your walking shoes as a Maasai guide escorts you on a walk around the shores of Lake Natron in lookout of the lesser flamingo. Lake Natron is the most important and regular breeding site for lesser flamingos in East Africa.
The lake its self-boosts with over 2.5 million flamingos. The best spotting is between September to April and peak season happened between October and early December. The long-legged waterfowl flourish here and so many other living creatures like small birds and the conditions sometime is extremely challenging.
The Lake flats are habitant to variety of birds that flourish in the alkali oasis. You will enjoy your birding experience with packed lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will start the journey back to main starting point with your camera filled with great memories of your Africa safari adventure.
