Detailed Itinerary for 4 Days Kenya Big Five Safari
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Nakuru National Park
On your first day, you will be collected from the Airport or hotel by our professional driver guide. Followed by a direct drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. On the way, you will have stopover at the Great Rift valley viewpoint, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the escarpment.
You will then, proceed your journey and arrive at Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. Arrive at the park, check into your booked lodge to freshen up and have hot lunch.
In the late afternoon at around 4pm after relaxation at the lodge – you will head out for an afternoon game drive. It will start at the park gate, where the camp is located.
Lake Nakuru National Park sounds as a true birding destination, will millions of flamingos, hundreds of black and white rhinos as well as endangered Rothschild’s giraffes. The park also is habitat to beautiful scenery and offers chances to see the Makalia waterfall.
Return to the lodge after the game drive. Enjoy hot dinner and an overnight stay.

Day2: Leave Lake Nakuru and Transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve
On this day, have an early morning aroma coffee /tea served with delicious donuts at the lodge/camp. Following check out of the lodge and drive to Maasai Mara ‘’one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves’’ and the main stopping destination to go for Great migration event worldwide.
Upon arrival at Maasai Mara National Reserve, check in at your booked camp have hot lunch and rest a bit.
Later, you will go for an afternoon game drive at around 4:00pm. You will be able to spot the Big Five along with many other animals.
If you tend to visit the park between July and October, you will have the chance to witness the annual wildebeest migration event, which is considered the 7th wonder of the world, especially as the animals cross the crocodile –infested Mara River.
After the evening game drive, drive back to the lodge to freshen up and enjoy dinner , followed by an overnight stay at the camp/lodge.

Day 3: Full Day Game Excursion in Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, leave the camp with a park a packed lunch boxes to enjoy on a full day of game driving in the Mara Reserve, where you will be able to see all the Big Five and other wildlife.
Later, drive back to the camp to have toothsome dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4: Maasai Mara National Reserve to Departure
On your last day, you will enjoy your relaxed breakfast before driving back to Nairobi. You will choose to do Nairobi city tour –depending on your flight schedule. Or take a boat ride and tour at the Crescent Island Animal Sanctuary at Lake Naivasha. You will have en-route lunch or dinner at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. This Marks the end of this unforgettable safari experience.
