Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
On day 1 of the 3 days Kenya Samburu national reserve safari, you will be picked up from hotel in Nairobi or at the Airport by our safari representative. The driver guide will be will brief you about the safari. Then, proceed to Samburu National Reserve. Arrive at the park in time for lunch, check in at the lodge.
After having lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive around Owasso Nyiro River where you shall spot various wildlife animals while looking for water. Have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning game drive and Culture Visit
On the day 2, you will wake up, be served breakfast with delicious cookies. Then continue, to explore the game reserve while morning game drive. You will be able to see the special five and other species such as buffaloes, leopard, lions, Grevy’s zebra, cheetahs, Beisa Oryx, reticulated giraffes among others. Drive to Owasso Nyiro River where you will be able to encounter crocodiles and hippos with very many animals quenching for water due to the heat of the day. Drive back to the lodge for lunch.
Later on, in the evening go for culture visit within the area to visit the Samburu tribe who are known as pastoralists. You will be excited about their life style. Return back to the lodge. Have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Morning game drive/Return to Nairobi-Airport
You will wake up early and embark for morning game drive where you will be lucky to watch the early riser animal like the predators and other species. After, you will return to the lodge for breakfast, followed by check out and transfer back to Nairobi with a stopover for lunch en-route.
You will continue to drive to Nairobi to be dropped off at the hotel or Wilson Airport for your departure flight back home.
