Serengeti National Park can be reached by road or by flight. By road the distance from Arusha to Serengeti is not a long one depending on which region of Serengeti you are staying and it takes approximately Eight hours.

The distance from Arusha to Serengeti central is 350 Kilometers and will take approximately 6 hours

From Arusha to northern Serengeti (lobo area) is approximately 7 hours

From Arusha to Kogatende area by road is Approximately 8 hours.

Tourists can also reach Serengeti national park by flying from Arusha to different airstrips in the park such as Seronera airstrip in central Serengeti, Lobo orKogatende airstrips in Northern Serengeti and Lamai airstrip or Sasakwa airstrip in Western serengeti.
