The 13 Days Uganda Tanzania Safari is a private Game Park, Chimpanzees and Gorillas Trek Vacation to Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, Kibale Forest National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park that takes you to fully experience the best of Tanzania’s Northern Circuit and the endangered Mountain Gorillas of Uganda. This 13 Days Uganda Tanzania Safari begins from Kilimanjaro International Airport and ends at Entebbe International Airport.
13 Days Uganda Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be picked up by a representative of Focus East Africa Tours and transferred to your hotel in Arusha town. Your guide will meet you and give a brief on your upcoming safari.

Day 2: Transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park and Later to Karatu
After breakfast, you will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to the Tarangire National Park for game viewing experience in this magnificent park which is famous for its large collection of baobab trees, spectacular large mammal population and variety of bird species, not to mention one of the largest concentration of elephants in the country. After the Game drive, you will be transferred to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer from Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you will head towards the Serengeti National Park through the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On leaving the highlands behind you will descend into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as your eye can see. On arrival in Central Serengeti specifically the Seronera area, you will enjoy your lunch box and embark on an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Later you will check into your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Today is without question one of the highlights of your safari. After a rich breakfast you will start your adventure a little earlier than usual. During a full day game drive, you will experience the Serengeti in its full glory today! You will be waiting for crossing along the river but you will also do game drive. The Mara River is the last major obstacle standing between the Wildebeest Migration and the relative safety of the Masai Mara. If you’re patient and a little lucky, you will get to witness the death-defying crossing itself where wildebeest and zebras brave the river’s currents and crocodiles in an attempt to reach safety on the opposite bank. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 5: Transfer from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Today you will wake up so early and head out for an early morning game drive after which you will return to the Lodge for breakfast and then head out for another game drive together with your lunch box. Later in the day you will enjoy a picnic lunch and proceed towards the Ngorongoro conservation for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Game Drive in the Ngorongoro crater and Transfer to Arusha
After a very early breakfast, you will descend down into the crater where you will be able to view the Big Five animals in one area. After the game drive followed by a picnic lunch, you transfer to Arusha arriving in time for dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 7: Flight to Entebbe International Airport
Depending on your flight schedule you will wake up lazily, enjoy your breakfast and thereafter transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight to Entebbe International Airport in Uganda. On arrival you will be met by your driver guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe town for overnight.

Day 8: Transfer to Kibale National Park
On this day our driver guide will pick you from your Hotel and then drive you through to the western part of Uganda. You will have lunch in fort portal then proceed to for rare memorable experience in bigodi swamp as your guided by the local guides. After drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight at

Day 9: Chimpanzee tracking experience
On this day have breakfast, then prepare for the amazing chimpanzee tracking as you are guided by the Uganda wildlife Authority Rangers. Kibale national park is not only gifted with chimpanzee but also the birding moment. After lunch you will then go back to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 10: Transfer to Bwindi national Park
After an early breakfast, transfer to your lodge in Bwindi impenetrable forest national park the home of gorillas. The journey to Bwindi offers an amazing views and opportunities for photography. Lunch dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 11: Gorilla Trekking Experience
After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the Rushaga Sector park headquarters arriving in time for the gorilla trekking briefing. The briefing point is about 7-10 minutes from your Lodge. After the gorilla briefing session which usually starts at 8:00 am, you will be assigned the gorilla group that you will be trekking with other trekkers and you will be escorted into the impenetrable jungle with two gun-baring rangers and a tracker with a machete to lead your way.
Once you have found the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend 1 hour with them and you are advised to keep your camera in silence and observe a 10 meters’ distance from the gorillas with your mask on at all times. The time of your stay in the jungle cannot be pre-determined as every day is different from that previous. Return to the lodge for lunch, relaxation and later dinner and overnight.

Day 12: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast you will transfer to Lake Mburo National Park arriving in time for lunch and later an evening Walking Safari. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 13: Short Morning Game Drive and Departure
Today after breakfast, you will go for a short morning safari in park that will last about 3 hours. After the experience, you will transfer to Kampala/ Entebbe with lunch enroute arriving in time for your flight back home. Flight should be in the evening
