Detailed Itinerary for the 6 days Serengeti Safari and Zanzibar beach safari
Day 1-Arusha to Serengeti.
You will be picked and transferred by your driver to Serengeti National park the epicenter of the wildebeest migration with a game viewing drive en-route to the lodge for check in. After lunch you will go for an afternoon game drive and finally retire to your lodge for dinner and overnight in the evening.
Day 2: Serengeti National Park
After a rich breakfast you will start your safari adventure a little earlier than usual and this full day game drive you will experience the Serengeti in its full glory today! Considered as one of Africa’s most complex and intact ecosystems, the park is home to countless plant species like the characteristic umbrella acacias and millions of mammals like zebras, elephants and antelopes in addition to the “Big Five” animals such as elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard. Later in the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Flight Transfer to Zanzibar Island
This Morning you will transfer to Seronera Airstrip to catch your flight to the Island of Zanzibar and on arrival at Zanzibar Airport you will be met by your driver/guide who will transfer you to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 & 5: Zanzibar Beach Experience
You will spend the next two days at your beach hotel in Zanzibar relaxing as you go through photos of the previous activities. There are various water sports and activities available for you to take involve yourself or you can go for a sunset Dhow Cruise on one of the afternoons.
Day 6: Transfer to Zanzibar Airport
After an early breakfast and depending on the schedule of your flight back home, you will wake up at leisure and relax in your room or beach line until its check out time. You will then be transferred to the Zanzibar Airport for your flight back home.
