The 4 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation Experience is the best way of spending more time with the Mountain Gorillas and later on appreciating the way of life of Batwa people who used to stay in the forest with the Gorillas. Bwindi Gorilla habituation Experience comes with 4 hours stay with a group of Wild Gorillas that are not yet used to seeing people within the Rushaga sector unlike the ordinary gorilla trek where tourists are allowed only 1 hour stay with gorillas. The Tour starts and ends in Kigali-Rwanda but can also start and end in Entebbe-Uganda
Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Transfer by road from Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Today your dedicated driver/guide will pick you up from the Airport on arrival or from your hotel and transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in South Western Uganda. You will arrive at your booked lodge in time for check in lunch and later dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Bwindi Gorilla Habituation Experience
Today you will wake up very early and enjoy your breakfast after which you will be transferred to the park headquarters with packed lunch for briefing on the dos and don’ts of Gorilla habituation in Bwindi. You will then enter the jungle to meet the gorilla family that you will watch for four hours and during this time the rangers will tell you a lot about the group and thereafter you will head back to the park headquarters where you will meet your driver and transfer back to the lodge

Day 3: Batwa Cultural Experience and evening relaxation
Today you will wake up lazily, enjoy your breakfast and spend time in your room or balcony to shade off the fatigue from the full day hiking of the previous day or you may decide to go for a canoe ride on the nearby Lake Mutanda. After lunch you will transfer to the Batwa community where you will have a cultural experience and learn about the Batwa/ Pigmies way of life and how they used to live while in the forest. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer by road to Kigali
After breakfast you will embark on a return drive to Kigali with your packed lunch arriving in in time for a drop off at Kigali International Airport for your onward flight.
