2 Days Lake Mburo National Park Safari : Lake mburo national park is among the national park in Uganda, considered to be the smallest savannah national park found in Nyabushozi county, Kiruhura district, 30km from Mbarara in the western part of Uganda . The park is close to the highway that connects kampala. It is the closest park from both kampala and Entebbe. Lake Mburo park was established in 1983, covering the total area of 260km squared with wetlands, ancient rocks, rolling hills , golden savannah , forests , swamps , lodging, , wildlife for safari tours to spot wide range of animals and course of 6 lakes of which lake mburo is the largest and Known , Lake Kigambira , Lake Mutukula, Lake Kazuma and Lake Bwara. Lake Mburo Park has over 68 species of mammals that incudes ; zebras, Uganda kobs , antelopes, Topi, elands , bush bucks , buffaloes , warthog , impalas , hyena , jackals among others , its well-known for Impalas and zebras.

Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park and afternoon boat cruise
Your guide will meet you and transfer you to Lake Mburo National Park which is located in the western part of UGANDA. Along the way you will have stopovers at the Equator where you will have a great time and take enough photos and buy souvenirs. You will arrive at the park early at around 10am do game drive where you will spot some animals like antelopes, impalas, eland ,zebras among others as you proceed for lunch at you booked lodge,
After lunch, You will have a great time Boat cruising at lake MBuro and getting a chance to view Aquatic birds such as the heron, fish eagles, pink backed pelicans, grey crowned crested crane, the malachite kingfishers and animals such as crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, feeding along the channel that will take 2-3 hours. Later in the evening, head back to the Lodge, have dinner and spend the night

Have an early morning breakfast, then go for a morning bush walk for a closer encounter with nature. Lake Mburo national park has interesting, colorful and Variety features with wetland areas that harbor a lot of wildlife. You will be able to see more zebras, antelopes, impalas, and warthogs, elands among many others, thereafter have lunch and return back to Kampala or Entebbe.
