Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Gorilla trekking and Transfer Back to Kabale/Kigali
At 4:00Am Rwanda local Time, you will be picked up from your hotel in Kigali and you will be transferred to Ruhija sector Bwindi arriving in time(7:30AM) for briefing and later gorilla trekking experience. For one unforgettable hour you are in the area of the mountain Gorillas seeing them in their daily life, with a chance to spot some forest interior birds. If you start in Kabale, you will need to set off by 6:00AM Uganda local time.
After trekking the gorillas (from between 1:00pm to 4:00pm), you head back to the starting point where your driver will pick you and transfer you to Kabale town or Kigali City/Kigali International Airport arriving in time for drop off at your hotel or at the Airport.
We recommend a pick up from Kabale because it helps to avoid reaching the gorilla Trekking starting late due to the drive from Kigali and the time spent at the border.
